Attention
- To enter EARLY EDUCATION AND CHILD CARE INC. in the 2022 - 2023 school year, your child must be from 2 to 12 years old.
REGISTRATION REQUIRED INFORMATION
- 1 Copy Vaccination Card
- Covid-19 Vaccine (If applicable) or a Negative test.
- 1 Copy Physical Examn (Not older than one year)
- 1 Copy Medi-Cal Card
- 1 Copy Health/Plan Card
- 1 Business Card : Doctor's Name, Address, and Telephone number
- Annual Registration Fee $200.00 dlls.
- Also, one charge of clean clothing, one cup or teapot, one blanket not too heavy, 20 pumpers per week, and one box of wipes.
- Child Care rare is based on the child's age.
